REMEMBERING THE FUTURE
Remembering the Future is an ongoing transdisciplinary project exploring storytelling, memory, and the increasingly unstable boundary between fiction and reality. Developed through photography, collage, generative AI, writing, and installation, the project constructs layered visual environments in which past, present, and speculative futures coexist.
Initiated during fieldwork at the Mars Desert Research Station in Utah, the work approaches storytelling as one of humanity’s oldest technologies for navigating uncertainty, loss, and the unknown. Across the project, images operate less as fixed documents than as unstable narrative spaces where memory, myth, and machine perception continually rewrite one another amid the collapse of frameworks of meaning.
